Role in the Company

- The Strategic Partnerships team is a key driver working with corporate partners, acquiring and managing relationships and building financial products to solve the needs of MSMEs through the partner network. Think of building tech-enabled financial solutions for online sellers of a platform as an example.

- You will acquire and set up for success large strategic partners and ensure ongoing revenues from them. You will use out of the box thinking to come up with creative solutions and ways of partnering with some of India's largest companies.

- You will work with Credit, Product, Technology and Operations teams to create the required offerings, platforms and technology to scale your business. You will run quick pilots, improvise, and prioritize investments into different new partnerships.

- The role will have an overall revenue target and will require moderate travel.

Requirements/Qualifications

- Tenured relevant experience with excellent pedigree.

- Proven experience of winning new business/alliances and scaling them.

- Prior experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced internet or leading consumer tech company.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
