Head - Partnership - Media/Advertisement Firm (7-12 yrs)
1. Creating and managing relationships with brands and agencies.
2. The primary goal is to develop strategic marketing partnerships that provide ancillary marketing visibility and incremental revenue to the inhouse artists, while delivering value back to the brand partners.
3. Development of Brand Partnership strategies and opportunities with focus on: digital premium, artist endorsement/sponsorship, in-video partnership, branded content creation etc.
4. Build & own a sales pipeline alongside the rest of the team
5. Responsible for brand relationship development, sales, strategic pitches, and campaign execution.
6. Create program P&L to maximize profitability and measure ROI
Desired Skills :
- 7+ Experience in brand strategic/partnership marketing pertaining to music (or entertainment) industry.
- Firm understanding in how to drive the new business process from concept, sale, and execution.
- Experience in media, entertainment, brand and/or agency industries required; music industry experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Be a commercially orientated brand partnership leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills.
