Head Partner Success - Commercial & Non-Profit

This role will be very global in nature and will have no boundaries in terms of the personnel across the group that you will engage with. You will have a personal one to one with the Group CEO every month, work day to day with the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and will be supported by a great international sales and marketing team.

Work Experience :

- MBA Finance / CA/ CPA ideally else a Master's Degree.

- Sectoral Exposure to Financial Services, Non-Profit or Education Management preferred else Professional Services

- Expert stakeholder and client management skills

- Strong Financial and Business Acumen - Budgeting, RFP and RFI responses, Presale's knowledge, Contract Management, SLAs and SOW, Resource Planning.

Desirable :

- Previous experience of working for 5-7 years with similar service provider/consulting service provider; and

- Previous history of managing Indian subsidiaries of foreign clients and international businesses.

- A creative mind-set and the ability to think laterally and commercially. Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to manage, motivate and drive teams to perform to a high standard of excellence.
