Head -PAN India Sales for Start -up FMCG Company
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading trade sales - General trade and modern trade and trade marketing at PAN India level
- Responsible for setting up national distribution network and modern trade account
- Responsible for territory growth mapping and new product development
- Developing the strategy and action plans to drive region/channel growth and share
- Planning and implementation of sales and distribution strategy, commercial sales, BTL strategy by managing trade P&L to meet the annual business plan across channels in India
- Managing product launches, designing and implementation of BTL activities, Go to Market strategy, promotional activity, brand activation, pricing and product mix strategy at point - of-purchase
- Conceptualize and Deploy In-Store Merchandising Plans for the entire portfolio
- Lead and develop team of sales managers in PAN India
Experience :
- 10 - 15 Years of experience in reputed FMCG companies with good geographical knowledge of Mumbai
- Experience of managing sales (GT and MT) and Marketing activities on Zonal/Country level
Education : MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 MBA colleges)
