Designation- Head- Outbound Sales
Job Functions :
- Manage a tele calling set up of about 120 workstations and a team of 7-8 employees.
- Recruitment and training of tele callers and employees
- Team management
- Data management, MIS
- Ensuring quality sales and hygiene on floor
- Relationship management with channel partners
- Accountability for both top line and bottom-line
- Planning & strategizing of business
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be a Graduate in Any Field, MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Telesales- Outbound Sales
- Understanding of Call center Technology
