Job Description:

- Develop and implement a robust job evaluation methodology to assess the relative value of different roles within the organization.

- Conduct job analysis and evaluations to determine job content, requirements, and relationships

- Design and create job architectures that outline clear job families, levels, and career paths within the organization.

- Evaluate the current organizational structure and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
