Job Description - Opportunity to working with a leading India Conglomerate who runs an IT Company based out of Navi Mumbai. Our Client is looking to hire a Head of OE & OD ( COE Function ) with 9 to 15 years of experience in this space.

Description:
- Design, develop and implement an integrated Organizational Effectiveness framework on the backdrop of companie's core values - Faster, Simpler and Closer.
- Be a catalyst of cultural change by being internal consultant to the leadership on key strategic aspects
- Organization Design/Structures, Manpower Planning, Capability Assessment, Leadership Behaviours & Development, Performance Management, Culture and Employee Engagement.
- Work with the L&D team to build and strengthen critical capabilities in HR and all people leaders for driving change
- Design best-in-class HR Operating models, re-engineer HR processes and service delivery models including shared services transformation
- Key Skills - Organization Behaviour/Psychology, Change Management, Quantitative/ Statistical Analysis, Competency Models
- Ability to manage multiple projects to conclusion at once, with minimal guidance
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven experience of designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, cross-departmental programs and/or strategic change initiatives
