- Establish effective structures, governance, and roles guided by a set of design principles aligned with the strategic priorities of the business.
- Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
- Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
- Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.
- Work with the leadership team in areas such as talent development, talent success, succession planning and employee Engagement
- Builds and drive processes to create high performance culture; ensure the right talent and skills thrive within a workforce prepared for the future.
- Partner to drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda for the organization
- Design and implement the entire Talent Experience charter which includes (but not limited to) onboarding, learning & development, talent engagement, talent branding, and cultural integration
- Conduct periodic surveys and design engagement programs to enhance talent morale and productivity
- Partner to build the organization as an Employer of choice in the industry.
- Drive HR process engineering projects and other change management interventions
- Work on organization design including clear job descriptions, job evaluation and career paths for talent
- Benchmark HR practices and bring new ideas and ways of working to drive productivity, engagement and development of teams
- Responsible to drive digitization initiatives within the OD & L&D areas, including HR process
