One of our premier clients is looking for Head - OD based out of Delhi location. Please find below the detailed description of the role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Design, deliver and evaluate learning & development interventions including facilitation of workshops, and/or team development as part of work portfolio

To Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Governance and L&D to ensure organizational learning is effective and knowledge and behavioral change is embedded to prevent incidents arising wherever possible and improve overall organizational performance and effectiveness

Provides support, advice and guidance to managers and teams on how to successfully manage change and is able to offer pragmatic solutions that meet the needs of customers service areas

Working with the L&D team, develops leadership capacity and capability across the organization, through a range of methods including training, coaching, mentoring, self-development, on the job development, e-learning and organization/role design

Design, manage and run development centers as required, including the use of psychometric (behavioral and aptitude tools), and competency analysis frameworks.

Enable all leaders to develop and deliver a strategic approach to performance improvement, engagement and change management to support the achievement of the Organizational desired culture and behaviors

To identify, diagnose and plan to address OD needs through a clear strategic framework and to enable performance improvement and increased engagement.

Contributes in the design and implementation of the internal communication process, ensure its effectiveness.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Should have an overall experience of 15 to 20 years experience out of which minimum of 10 yrs experience in managing a team

Knowledge on healthcare industry would be an added advantage.

Experience in developing training content, Modules and delivering the modules.

Strong leadership, supervisory, facilitation, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Good Interpersonal skills to work with all levels and motivate people.

Initiative and ability to offer new ideas.

Must be a post graduate in Business Administration.
