Head - Order Management & Customer Service - Industrial Products

We have been retained to search a Head- Customer Service for an MNC.

The candidate must be from Industrial Products / Medical Devices industry handling a similar role.

The Role :

- Would Lead the Customer Service Department for the organisation.

- Own the Order Management and Fulfillment processes.

- Customer Complaint management

- Sample management and fulfillment

The Person :

- 15+ years of work experience

- Must have experience in Customer Service and Order Management/Fulfillment

- Must be from Industrial/Medical devices industry

- 3-5 years senior leadership role in Customer Service
