Head - Ops - SME & Retail Assets - BFSI

Looking for candidates with 10+yrs of experience in Operations-Retail Asset Side for a Leading Financial Firm.

Designation: Head – Operations

Business: SME & Retail Assets

Educational Qualification – CA (Preferred) / MBA Finance (Full Time).

Job Responsibility:

A) Operations & Financial Accounting

- Create, develop, manage and drive the entire “Operations, Loan Management &

- Create systems, process, team and infra to

- Aid in smooth processing and ultimately effective disbursals of the sanctioned transactions.

- Ensure effective adherence to the operations and accounting policies as laid down by the company and as per the regulatory and legal frame work.

- Custodian and owner of all the “Operation” policies and manuals and their effective and timely updation, compliance and implementation.

- Ensure that all customers receive welcome letters, interest certificates or any other communication as required on time.

B) Securitization & Banking Relationship

- Responsible for down-sell and securitization of the SME & RA portfolio created by the business team in lines with the business plan, liquidity requirement and leverage and ROA requirement.

- To liaison with Banks, Rating Agencies, MFs, Insurance Companies etc who will be interested to buy / invest in such pools so created.

- Ensure that the policies as laid down by the business / credit are such that the pools / portfolios thus created follow the guidelines of PSL and securitization norms a set by the regulators, so as to aid in easy sell down as and when required.

- Ensure that the strategic intent and all execution plans are directed at creating pools and portfolios that can be easily sold and assigned or securitized.
