Roles and responsibility:
As a Delivery Manager you’ll be handling the entire Delivery Management of processes involved in recruitment.
- Provide end-to-end business solutions and handle operations in providing resources to client, by highly skilled and strategized ideas.
- Plan, Develop and execute Recruitment Strategies in collaboration with Account Managers, Internal recruitment team and Hiring Managers.
- Clearly verify, define, and obtain position requirements and gather information from hiring managers regarding client environment/platform, culture, etc., to ensure proper candidate suitability.
- Responsible for mentoring and providing on-going training and support for new recruiters and serve as a resource for learning and navigating senior policies and procedures.
- Responsible for motivating subordinates through providing training, promotion, profile change etc.
- Continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value. Be able to evidence these savings across relevant client base.
- Plan and Devise Targets for Resource Managers, Team Leaders, Individual Team Members etc.
- Role Involves complete business responsibility involving new client validations & acquisitions, SLA negotiations, Service delivery as per agreed SLAs & Business closure.
- Key Deliverable on PBT / EBIT, Gross NR, Collections & Customer Satisfaction.
- Leading a team of recruiters & Senior recruiters for the delivery of services in India.
- Responsible for key accounts and generating revenue from the existing clients and acquiring new businesses.
- Target Orientation: Responsible for achieving team target per month and improving the wallet share with the existing client.
- Client Management: Managing the clients and responsible to grow them to Key Accounts. Supporting the client on their needs on market awareness, talent pool availability, compensation & benefits benchmarking.
- Billing and Collections: Ensuring timely billing generating revenues and collection within the stipulated credit period
- Training: Conducting on the job training for the new joinees from associate to the senior manager level. Conducting domain and functional training.
- Employee Relations: Supporting to conduct various programmes for the internal customers to ensure employee engagement
- Performance Management: Conducting appraisal and identifying training and improvement needs for the team- Career Planning and Development for the team
- Leading a team, taking care of Deliveries, Targets, Client Follow ups, Building up revenue pipeline for self and team.
- Will be responsible for meeting clients, initiating new business, motivating team & Sharing Knowledge.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in handling 50 clients and above
- Innovative Approach towards solving problem.
- Self starter
- Should have at least handled team of 25 people.
Education: Graduate
Experience: 5 years – 7 years
Location: 601 B, Annapurna, Above Mumbai Darbar Hotel, Near Adarsh Nagar Signal, Off New Link Road, Oshiwara, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400 102.
Working days: 6 days (Occasional Saturdays off)
Job Timings: 9 Hours flexible
