Head - Operations & Training - Apparels

India's largest and most profitable retail chain belonging to one of the most respected brands in the country is looking for a Head - Operations & Training (Apparels) for their Mumbai Office.

Experience: 12-20 years of experience into Retail company specifically into Apparel Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business development for Super Market Stores pan India

- Responsible for the P&L of all the stores and also the top line and bottom line.

- Preparing budgets and monitoring targets achievements by driving revenue growth as well as sales volumes

- Developing and maintaining effective operational support including cash management systems, inventory control system and updating merchandising programs

- Co-ordinate and work with the different functional heads.

- Overall Inventory control co-ordinate for the unit and tracking inventory Loss.

- Strategies the plan for the improvements in space /sale and staff.

- Controlling budgetary allotment and expenditure

- SOP development and implementation
