Head - Operations & Technology - Manufacturing

Hiring for a Large multinational operating in specialty chemical division.

Position: Head Operations & Technology

Location: Mysore

Industry Preference: Chemical

Education: BTech Chemical (Mandatory)

- International experience, preferably from working for or with a European particularly German company

Desired Profile :

- At least 15-20 years’ experience in directly working in Plant Operations in a factory environment of which 5-10 years should have been in an International Organizational.

- At least 5 years’ experience in Leadership Role managing multiple functions, with direct work experience in Production, Maintenance or Engineering and Supply Chain Management.

- Know-how of quality management systems, health, safety and environment regulations

- Know-how of process technology and chemical processes

- Good Communication, people management skills and cultural sensitivity.

- Strong English Language competency, experience and appreciation of international business and global cultures.

- Should have Potential for promotion to higher, cross-functional roles over the next 5-8 years.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to analyse and improve production processes, as well as the ability to effectively communicate goals to staff and superiors

- Experience within a complex global matrix organization is highly beneficial

- Good experience and knowledge of costs and P &Ls.

- Fluent in Hindi / Kannada and English

- Should be globally mobile - willing to travel frequently / relocate anywhere in India / World.
