Position Overview:
As the Operations & Strategy Head in a Digital Marketing Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of the company's digital marketing services & creating strategies. You will lead and manage the operations team, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing processes.
- Streamline workflows and standardize operational procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the operations team, including resource allocation, workload management, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align operational objectives with overall company goals.
Campaign Execution and Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Coordinate with the account management and creative teams to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
- Monitor campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth campaign execution, Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the technology and analytics teams to implement tools and systems that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience 6+ Years in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing processes, platforms, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients.
