Head - Operations - Steel/Mfg

One of our client from Steel sector is looking for a Head Operation. The applicant should be from Steel Industry and should have experience in HOT rolled coil or CR coil finishing operation.

Qualification : BE, MBA preferred

Job Description:

- Accountable for finalizing the operating parameters for the Annual Operating Plan

- Determining strategies for implementation.

- Responsible for overall operations of the plant

- Support plant to achieve budgeted plant yield target.

- Optimize production and machine life at the plants.

- To continuously monitor costs and implement cost reduction measures.

- Optimization of resources to achieve high productivity

- Responsible for conceptualizing best practices and drive their implementation in the operation of the Plant

- To develop a good second line of managers
