Head - Operations - Sheet Metal Plant

- Should have experience in sheet metal Operations with multiple plants

- Should be dealing with Ashok Leyland and Bajaj

- Develop and drive the achievement of the operational strategy and production volumes of all units in the OG thus ensuring production is as per the budgets

- Develop the operational strategy and budget for the various plants in conjunction with the relevant Unit Head, monitor the same and undertake course corrective initiatives

- Drive achievement of production volumes across units by developing a production roadmap and ensuring adherence to the same

- Conduct regular review meetings to analyze production volumes and process parameters data and suggest course corrective action

- Regularly monitor the operational expenses across different units and identify cost reduction initiatives to optimize these expenses

- Coordinate with the teams of different units, provide production related inputs and arbitrate in matters of disagreements between units
