To ensure:
- Effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to achieve desirable profit making result for the organisation.
- Responsible for revenue and cost element of the Region and income statement.
- Business continuity Plan by retaining existing customer and adding new into the client list.
- Develop staff and employees to provide quality services to client.
- Maintaining relationship with clients at all times and in all the levels.
- Handling day to day problems /Grievances of Employees.
- Supervision of Operations.
- Involving in training, auditing, inspections etc.
- Command and control setup(sales, operation, personal, administration, handle logistics, training and development)
- Monitor assignments - Identifying threats / risks, to premises, property and environment.
- Respond to incidence (preventive, detection and response).
- Translate tasks into activities.
- Performance audit, periodic review, analysis and up gradation of Business.
- Speedy redressal of issues raised by clients
- Speedy redressal of grievances of front line employees
- Harmonious employee relations in the branch
- Proper administration of the branch
- Responsible for all branches in Bangalore location.
