Job Description : Head the Retail business in India.

While reporting into Owner, you will be managing the entire Retail team.

Our client is in the top Retail companies in the India. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their Retail team.

Description :

Reporting into the Owner of the organization, you will be responsible for :

- Setting up the EBO format along with developing a high potential team of business development individuals in real estate sites identification, market prioritization, negotiations and signing of the term sheets

- Leading the due diligence of all the sites alongside managing the operations for all stores

- Leading and owning the real state growth and business development strategy for next 3-5 years

- Running the day-to-day operations for all the stores

- Grow the presence in the Indian market by tying up with developers, realtors and other retail real estate players

- Increasing the penetration within Metro and Tier-I cities while expanding the presence in tier II cities and Tier-III cities

- Management of the complete BD and property department and the satisfactory delivery of all its tasks

- Ensuring appropriate resources are available to manage the function and all projects in the department from start to finish

- All property investment budgets, forecasts and follow-ups.

Profile :

- Minimum years of experience: 12 years

- School Pedigree : Top B School MBA is preferred

- Relevant experience : Experience in Store expansion and operations is a must

- Soft skills : Someone who is a good team leader, good in communication skills and aggressive in nature
