Job Description:

- The Operations Head manages the entire central office team and ensures that their centers exceed, business performance goals, health and safety standards given by our partners.

- As the Operations Head, you will model the corporate diversity mission by creating an environment that supports all people and accept responsibility for being the company’s representative to all of the families, children, staff and clients affiliated with their centers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts (corporate and parents) critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Will be responsible various activities like vendor management, procurement, deal negotiation, staffing and HR operations.

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing large volumes of data, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.

- Assess workforce requirement, accurately forecast and efficiently schedule resources for various processes.

- Work with the Solutions & Business development team in the RFP stage of potential deals (corporate & retail clients) to help with the number of FTEs, Service level measures, SU details and pricing.

- Train, mentor and coach team members periodically.

- Support intraday management efforts pertaining to, report generation, entering or correcting exceptions, ensure Service levels are met, help track schedule adherence

- Regularly analyze & review centre performance and suggest recommendations for improvement.

- The Operations Head develops his/her own relationships with the staff.

- Must have multi-centre/branch management experience.

Prerequisites

- 9+ years of overall experience preferably in Retail operations or schools with multiple locations with exemplary track record in service and Operations.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- People management experience

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills and working experience with excel / sql

Qualification

- Preferably Masters in any stream.

Compensation

- Grade and compensation will be based on the experience of the individual.
