- To Head the Operations of a well known retail brand.
- Work with the CEO and HODs to influence the creation of company strategy and business priorities.
- Strategizing resource plans for monthly & quarterly reviews of individual stores
- Responsible for customer processes and audit
- Implementation of SOPs
- To make and implement annual and season business plans
- To ensure and review implementation of perpetual inventory control system at stores
- Resource planning to achieve the sales budget in the region
- Review of floor plans on a quarterly basis and initiate changes in co-ordination with the category heads
- Constant review of the financial data and support regional managers by providing inputs on improving sales.
- To evaluate required manpower at stores on quarterly basis as per strategic resource management framework
- In co-ordination with the marketing team design and implement customer focused sales promotions and events
- To provide leadership to the stores to align their thinking as per corporate objectives
- To motivate people to achieve sales targets and related business objectives to facilitate development of subordinates
- To co-ordinate between stores and services office for implementation of business plans
- Generate ideas about future retail activities. Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors and trends.
- Take decisions on matters related to day-to-day retail operation in stores
- Identify new store locations in existing and new cities
- Estimate sales potential and product mix for new store locations
- Co-ordinate between legal, projects, buying & merchandising, human resources and finance departments for smooth functioning
