Roles and Responsibilities :-
a. To develop operations strategy and overall business plan for the Restaurants.
b. To assist and guide the General Manager in executing the concept store strategy in their respective zones/ areas.
c. To assist and guide Brand Managers in finalization of concept rollout plans in the areas of: Assortment, Pricing, Promotions and Branding & Marketing.
d. To oversee and approve the budgets for the Restaurants.
e. To execute optimal operating strategies to meet the business objectives and operating budgets
f. To monitor and review plans vs. actual performance across the Restaurants for the given period.
g. To monitor and review the Restaurants performance through appropriate measurement scorecard.
