Food outsourced to Compass - innovaton, menu, production, supply (Turn key solution)

Ops- front end, handling stores, compass factory & products, barista training, non product procurement (ancilliary purchasing)

Retail supply chain yet to be solved- coffee beans, other powders, tea bags, tea leaves etc

Job Overview:

The Head of Operations will oversee the establishment and growth of our coffeehouse outlets in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in managing large-scale operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of our brand standards and operational procedures, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans in India.

- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of store opening till the operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, quality control, and customer service.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.

- Brand Integration: Ensure that all outlets adhere to the company's brand standards and deliver a consistent customer experience.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.

- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new store locations and manage the roll-out of new outlets.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and the global management team, to drive operational success.
