- Play a key role in customer visits, RFPs, and presentations.

- Deliver winning proposals and Operational gross profits.

- Strategic thinking, honesty, and ethics in business dealings.

- Top-notch supervisory and conflict resolution skills

- Directive leadership to assure business results are achieved. Delegation of details as necessary, with follow-up on timeliness and quality. Accountability for results.

- Identifying, training, and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management.

- Execution of the Company's quarterly, annual, five-year, and long-term goals in line with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles.

- Budgeting for functions, including monitoring and controlling costs.

- Preferably talent from Publishing Industry.
