Head - Operations - Pressure Vessel

We are hiring HEAD OF PRESSURE VESSEL for a leading Indian multinational company in the Middle East!

Experience: 20-30 years

Location: Saudi Arabia (on-site)

Ideal candidate:

The experienced professional should have 20-30 years of experience in fabrication, looking after the operations of pressure vessel, plant, P/L management and manpower management in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

- Management: Overseeing the entire pressure vessel department, including design, engineering, fabrication, quality control, and safety.

- Leadership: Providing strategic direction for the department, setting goals, and ensuring efficient operations.

- Technical Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of pressure vessel design, engineering principles, relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code), and safety regulations.

- Project Management: Managing pressure vessel projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

- Client/Customer Focus: Understanding client needs and ensuring pressure vessels are designed and manufactured to meet their specific requirements.

- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining a robust quality control program to ensure pressure vessels meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

- Safety: Prioritizing safety in all aspects of pressure vessel operations, fostering a culture of safety awareness within the department.

- Team Management: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of pressure vessel engineers, technicians, and other personnel.

- Budgeting: Developing and managing the department's budget.

- Staying Current: Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in pressure vessel technology, design codes, and manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Extensive experience (typically 20+ years) in the pressure vessel industry.

- In-depth knowledge of pressure vessel design, engineering, fabrication, and regulations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in managing and motivating a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
