Heads - Operations - PPS Plant - Food & Beverage - Dhaka

Our client is currently looking for a Head Operations - PPS Plant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

- Oversee end- to- end production functions at the PPS Unit (Preform and Closer) from raw materials receipt, production, quality control, to delivery of finished products.

- Achieve production targets by increasing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and reducing operational breakdown.

- Ensure adherence to cost control measures and leading, process specifications and quality standards.

- Implement all strategic management decisions through continuous process innovation with the end objective of achieving cost and supply chain efficiencies.

- Leading the team for guidance and taking responsibility of their area of works,

Experience:

- Minimum 10- 12 years of relevant work experience out of which at least 3 years in a similar position and similar industry.

- EXPERIENCE IN THE BEVERAGE PLASTIC A MUST

Requirement:

- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, IP, PST or any relevant Engineering Degree
