Head of Operations - Power Transformers (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

The Organization (About the Client) :

Our client is a part of a large group in Oman.

The group comprises of 60 companies. It is amongst the leading players in the marketing of electrical power distribution and transmission products, lighting solutions and products, lighting control systems and services etc.

The main activities of the Group encompass design, engineering and marketing of electrical and mechanical engineering and bulk distributed products and undertaking lighting and lighting control projects on a turnkey basis.

Job Description :

- The candidate must have managed operations of a Power Transformer Manufacturing Unit (upto 220kV) for a period of approximately 5 years or more as an Operations Head overseeing design, production, quality control, purchase, HR and post-sales activities.

- In addition the candidate should be well versed with defining and refining desired industry processes including skill matrix, performance monitoring and motivation plans, production optimization, introduction of LEAN Systems, preparing MIS Norms on productivity etc.

- The candidate needs to be a strategic planner and should be able to identify and implement innovative growth plans keeping long terms value creation in mind.

- The candidate must have an experience in Plant/Factory Management, Customer Handling/ Management, Supply Chain Management etc.

The Candidate Details - Age 40-45 years

- BE - Electrical/B.Tech - Electrical

- Experience of working in GCC would be an important added advantage.

- Experience in setting up green field projects and / or scaling up operations necessary
