Job Description : The role on offer is a leadership position (C - Suite) responsible for driving and managing operations of large scale power/utility projects specifically in the space of smart metering/distribution

Client Details : Our client is one of the leading providers of smart metering technology with focus on increasing efficiencies for distribution companies

Description :

- Responsible for driving executive-level management in deploying key performance goals and long-term operational strategy

- To manage and grow a strong proactive relationship with DISCOM stakeholders

- Overall responsibility for handling continuity of deployment inline to Tender/contract requirement

- Lead the overall project schedule and scope to ensure efficient regional/cluster operations in line with project deliverables

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems leading to insights on business goals and potential roadblocks.

- Strategize and manage the entire Procurement and Supply Chain operations

- Implement process excellence for profit maximization and cost reduction while achieving organisation growth

- Responsible for overall P&L and monitoring of regional growth and performance

Profile :

- A strong engineering background and preferably an Electrical or Power Engineering graduate

- A minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in managing large scale projects/programs in power/infrastructure sector

- An MBA or Equivalent Master's degree in Power Engineering or related sector

- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering on large scale projects with strong stakeholder management skills
