Head - Operations - PMS Fund

We are looking for the Head of Operations with one of the PMS funds based in Ahmedabad.

Role:

1. Be in charge of the entire operations of the business ensuring smooth execution on a daily basis with full compliance - this includes sales, trade execution and client servicing post-sales.

2. Assist or guide other members of the team with operational activities.

3. Understand business opportunity and impact of regulatory changes and come up with required action plan

4. Able to read legal agreements and identify changes needed to safeguard the company's interests

5. Identify and implement ways to automate business activities to improve efficiency and reliability

6. Interact with potential clients who approach us - convince them of our products (PMS, Mutual funds, Global investing) and discuss all the matters related to the new account process and convert them into an active account

7. Generate leads for new business through various means and convert them into active clients for any of our product lines.

8. Interact with existing clients - address their questions related to the fund, fund performance, performance fee calculation, details needed for tax

9. Work with the fund manager to prepare external communication to Investors

10. Carry out analysis of internal data for the management to retrospect and take action

11. Carry out all the trades as needed when a dedicated trader is absent
