Qualification : Graduation in Civil is Must

Yrs of Exp : 20+ Yrs Experience in Building / Industrial Projects Construction business from Contracting companies only.

Should have dealt Order book of 3000 CR. (12-16 projects at a time)

Job Profile:

- To assist the top Management in developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

- Responsible for Order Booking and end to end responsibility of delivery,profitability, quality, Safety, customer relations and resource augmentation for all the Business Units.

- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team

Duties/Responsibilities/Activities :

Operations Management -

- To Lead the operations team for the company including, project operations, project management, prepare and negotiate contracts, budgets preparations, planning, safety and value engineering at the corporate level.


- This will include closely monitoring individual project teams through the decentralized regional teams and ensuring project completion and management within the agreed parameters. Regular review of business and workout strategies and adapt changes.


- Ensure effective implementation of project plan. Oversee timely closeout and handing over of projects. Ensure scaling up of operations to meet demands of expansion plans

- Adhere to project statutory norms, Legal Compliances, Labour Laws etc

Order Book -

- Lead the BD Team, Market penetration based on customer relationships across the country. PQ Management with Govt agency and consultants. LD the Tender & Estimation Team and to ensure competitive bidding of B&F and Infra verticals.

Safety & Quality Management -

- Responsible for managing all safety related standards accepted by the organization and compliance of the same in all the project sites. Drive the quality initiatives related to the operations teams through the corporate office as well at individual site.

Value Engineering -

- Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with the design and planning consultants and site engineering teams.

Team Building -

- Capability building of teams. Work with HR to create programs for capability of teams.

- Building engagement of the entire operations team.

Cost Control -

Overall in-charge for reviewing cost controls and approvals. Manage the contracts and procurement related activities across projects. Manage operational costs and constantly strive to reduce operational costs by careful monitoring of expenditure, controlling wastage, and renegotiating prices with all service providers and suppliers
