Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- To develop and manage external alliances for development and manufacturing of Specialty pesticides for House hold and Veterinary applications
- To provide Strategic inputs for the development and growth of the business
- To implement Quality management systems for manufacturing the pesticides to meet quality assurance requirements of customers
- To prepare and control the budget volumes and expenses
- To provide inputs to mitigate scale up challenges during development of new products and process improvements
- To ensure smooth implementation of technology transfer at CMO
- To identify and continually implement improvements in productivity and quality
- To technically develop vendors of critical RM's as and when needed
Key Requirements :
Candidate should have at least 10-15 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years should be in leadership role with a Pharma or Chemical MNC with exposure to Manufacturing, Contract manufacturing, Process engineering, Technology transfer, EHS and Quality Systems. Ideal candidate would be in the age group of 40-45 years.
