2. Passionate about the pet industry or animals

3. Ability to set up systems and scale them efficiently

4. Needs to be able to manage blue collar workers as well as report to management

5. Fluent in English and Hindi

6. Leadership qualities and ability to make decisions

7. Analysis of situations and swift execution

8. Reporting standards to management has to be of the highest quality

9. Ability to fix problems quickly and firefight with issues that arise

10. Ability to track and manage a multi vertical business

11. Must be a key figure in helping the growth of the company

12. Needs to have the ability to be on ground (maybe multiple cities at the same time)

13. Ability to network and use that network in business effectively
