Head - Operations - Payments
- Must have prior ground-up experience in setup of operations processes & systems revolving around those processes.
Must have knowledge and direct experience in :
- Processing transactions for RETAIL online payment products/services such as payment gateways and prepaid instruments.
- Managing Visa/Mastercard transaction processing, settlements and charge-back handling.
- Moderate degree of figuring out patterns/behaviors in transactions and highlighting these for monitoring/restriction.
- Extremely high skill in reconciliations - ability to cut quickly to the core reconciliation issue for team to handle and rectify.
- Abreast of current situations unfolding in transaction management, especially around efficiency improvement and fraud detection/resolution.
- Team Management skills - Balance of a Whip-Lasher and Coach.
Experience :
- Total experience of about 15 years, with at least 3-5 years in core Retail online payments/cards and Transaction reconciliation, handling small teams.
