Head - Operations - Online Food Delivery

- Responsible for end to end operations including last mile delivery.

- Handling SCM -Supply chain functions including order fulfillment, logistics, last mile delivery and customer experience.

- Responsibility for taking care of end to end delivery management.

- Develop and ensure execution of Operational Processes

- Leading and managing a large team of Managers and Executives

- Strategizing and executing projects and setting timelines to reach those goals.

- Recruit & Manage fleet executives and delivery team.

- Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence.
