About The Role

Apply to head our delivery & operations team for autonomous, driver assistive technology & mobile robots. Your primary responsibility is to manage quality, cost & delivery across the entire value stream, starting from procurement, supplier management, production, quality, installation, commissioning and after sales support. You will need to have proven track record of leadership excellence & hands-on management experience with strong technical background and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to come up with new ideas and implement the same. You will be part of executive leadership team & represent the company in various forums. You will be responsible for P&L performance to top management team.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full program responsibility from the RFI / RFQ, the project award, through the Start of Production and Post-Production

- Lead all program activities ensuring, customer's /company's milestones are achieved by fulfilling the quality, cost & delivery targets

- Lead large cross functional teams: Engineering, Delivery & Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, etc across multiple locations

- Meet OEM customer's expectations during pre-production part approval phase & mass production

- Manage installation, commissioning & after-sales support for all product lines

- Ensure adherence to business processes as per ISO, TS, CMMI, etc.

- Manage overall supply chain for all product lines

What You'll Need

- 15+ Industry experience in automotive electronics company / advanced Engineering and Technology companies

- Bachelors, Masters in Computer Science, Electronics or similar background

- Passion for innovation, advanced technology systems and entrepreneurship

- Proven track record of hiring, building, and scaling operations teams

- Lean manufacturing certification & 6 sigma black belt is a bonus
