Working as Operations Head and managing branches & ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of operations, which is key to the success of the organization. Manage all aspects of operations, from loan processing in coordination with underwriting, risk management, compliance & sales and manage the team of staff to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational processes and procedures, including loan processing, disbursement, collection, customer service, and back-office functions.
- Ensuring that all operational activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies and implementing procedures to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Monitoring and reviewing operational processes to ensure that they meet quality standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Managing operational costs and expenses to ensure that they are within budgetary limits and identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved.
- Leading and managing a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they perform at their best and meet performance targets.
- Managing and implementing technology systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer service.
- Creating and analyzing operational reports and data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
- 10+ years of experience in the micro loan against property space.
- Prior experience in small ticket LAP (Micro / Affordable Housing / LAP) (Mandatory)
