Head Operations ( Manufacturing ) - MNC Sanitaryware / Bathware fittings Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

- To handle entire production activities of the plant directly.

- To be responsible for cost, quality and timely delivery of products.

- 100% compliance of budgeted production with budgeted manpower.

- To be responsible for budgeted manpower control.

- Responsible for implementation of Kaizen way of working

- Responsible for Legal Compliances of the Factory

- Responsible for connecting with External Stakeholders and build relationships

- Responsible for executing the investment plan without deviations

- Responsible for the development of new products within the time frame stipulated

- Responsible for the execution of the productivity plan within the time frame stipulated.

Candidate Requirement :

QUALIFICATION - Any Degree in Ceramic Engineering from a reputed Institute / University and an MBA from a reputed institute (or) Diploma in Ceramics

Experience - 20 + years in the production of Ceramics / Sanitaryware Industry
