Job Title: Head - Operations

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 15 - 20 years

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Auto from tier 1 institute, MBA-Operations (Not mandatory)

Nature of Experience:

- Experience in diverse functions like Production / QA / Maintenance

- Experience in Process / Auto Industry

- Experience in managing large CAPEX projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing operations of a large plant as Head of Operations

- Managing unionized workforce and negotiating wage agreements

- Driving operations excellence programs like WCM (World Class Manufacturing)

- Networking with Global Plants / Operations

- Factory cost management as per budgets

- Managing CAPEX projects

Specific Skills/ Personal Attributes:

- Manufacturing process understanding and Quality Assurance

- Leading team of managers

- Good understanding of operational excellence programs like WCM

- Capacity to analyse and synthesize
