Head - Operations - Manufacturing Firm

Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:

- B.Tech / M.Tech with manufacturing experience

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and program management

Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and controlling important aspects of operational management like operational efficiency, cost control, quality standards.

- Manage capital asset maintenance and updation of plant facilities and equipment.

- Demonstrate leadership and maintain and build culture across the shop floor.

- Incorporate customer feedback into operational objectives to drive synergy in achieving business plan.

- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements.

- Proven leadership skills with ability to energize and develop all levels across the organization.
