- Graduate Engineer from a reputed institute

- Provide leadership to deliver Manufacturing excellence for Food Ingredients production facilities.

- Deliver Productivity, Quality, Compliance & Food standard framework

- Familiarity with Food ingredients will be a big plus

- Profiles from Chemical Background / Pharma Organisations will also be good fit for the role

- Excellent knowledge of USFDA

- Identify Improvement opportunities in systems & processes.

- Develop road map & drive improvements.

- Well versed with Quality - RCA and CAPA implementation, OTIF, Productivity, People development.

- Drive Lean manufacturing & Business excellence initiatives.

- Well versed with Health, safety and Environment, Food Safety Standards.

- Good Communication skills along with the ability to strategies, plan and implement processes right from scratch is vey important.

- Experience in Food industry or Food ingredients is a big advantage.
