Mandatory Guidelines:

- Target candidates particularly from B2B construction industry having handled PAN India operations

- To target folks from the contractor space or from the services space (Hilti, Asian paints who are very high on dealing with applicators), smaller contract firms

- This will be more of a center of knowledge, excellence, and delivery and execution of Operations management

- Partner Management

- Applicator Management (3rd party applicators)

Interview Process:

R1 with Head Business - UTEC

R2 with Head HR

Psychometric assessment

R3 with an internal stakeholder (This will be an InPerson round at Mumbai Office)

Job Profile:

- Order Execution Management: Design and manage the entire solution delivery process from product, application, and service delivery perspective

- Operational Excellence: Design the entire operational process for executing the various products and applications through the platform

- Platform Operational Capability Development: Develop the platform's operational delivery and monitoring ecosystem working closely with the platform development head

- Applicators/Partners Management: Build the partner network for delivering the shortlisted applications and services as per business requirement

- Performance Monitoring: Design key metrics for monitoring the partner and applicator performance

- Process Improvement and Optimization: Streamline operations and optimize processes for the platform

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of prior work experience of heading operations in construction domain
