Head - Operations Management - Cement Business

We are hiring for our Client a Lead Cement Company in India.

Job Profile:

- Order Execution Management: Design and manage the entire solution delivery process from product, application, and service delivery perspective

- Operational Excellence: Design the entire operational process for executing the various products and applications through the platform

- Platform Operational Capability Development: Develop the platform's operational delivery and monitoring ecosystem by working closely with the platform development head

- Applicators/Partners Management: Build the partner network for delivering the shortlisted applications and services as per business requirement

- Performance Monitoring: Design key metrics for monitoring the partner and applicator's performance

- Process Improvement and Optimization: Streamline operations and optimize processes for the platform

Requirements:

- You must have experience in managing the entire solution delivery process from a product, application, and service delivery perspective in a B2B environment
