Hiring for our Real Estate client in Gujarat. Client is developing thousands of Acres Land for Industrial Park mostly it will include chemical plants.

Role: Industrial Park - Head

Reporting: MD

Exp: 15-22 years

CTC: 50-60 L

Age: Max 45-50

Education: BE-Civil or B.Tech Civil / BE- Chemical. Please note no Diploma's candidates.

Please note: Candidate must be from Chemical background will be given preference.

Job Location: Gujarat

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall operations and management of an industrial park. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the park's efficiency, profitability, and attractiveness to potential client.

2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the industrial park's competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and issues promptly.

4. Oversee the maintenance, development, and improvement of the park's infrastructure and facilities, including roads, utilities, security systems, landscaping, and common areas.

5. Develop and manage the park's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources. Monitor financial performance, prepare financial reports, and implement measures to achieve revenue targets and cost control.

6. Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive work environment, promote collaboration, and encourage innovation.

7. Collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain positive relationships, address concerns, and leverage opportunities for the industrial park's growth.

8. Identify and implement sustainable practices and green initiatives within the industrial park, promoting energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental conservation.

9. Maintenance and effective Operation for providing uninterrupted utilities for clients (Common Effluent Treatment Plant, Water treatment & distribution, Hazardous Waste management, Solid Waste Management, Fire service, Health service Solvent Recovery etc).
