Head - Operations - Logistics Business - Real Estate

A Chennai based Real Estate Company is creating an in-house logistics support for their clients to move the goods/relocate them to Chennai as a value added services for those who have purchased the residential apartments/villas from them, so that the logistics and transportation are taken care by the in-house team. A Unique approach for concierge services to their clients.

- An Operations Head at AGM/GM or VP levels with 10-15 Years of experience in Logistics Industry who have handled Household goods movements.

- Responsible for entire gamut of Logistics Business & Operations independently reporting to CMD. Must lead his team and initiate Regional & National operational excellence across the Organisation.

- The candidate must be knowledgeable and must have experience in Logistics Operations (House Hold Goods Preferably) for at least 10-15 years at Senior Managerial position.

- Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills in Hindi & English. Logistics experience with Logistics Operations is mandatory. A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned subject is desirable.

- Candidates from South preferred.

- Candidates with MBA would be preferred.

- Salary is not a constraint for the right candidates.
