Head - Operations/Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

- Day to Day Operations management: Responsible for stable day to day operations across 4 key areas

- Operations planning and coordination with categories

- Warehousing: Currently 6, company managed warehouses with >3 Lakh square feet area under management

- Logistics: Work with >5 third party partners for delivery to customers (from warehouses)

- Customer service: Responsible for managing network of technicians (both own and third party) to deliver installations of equipment at customers home

- Planning & Coordination: Planning (AOP, Quarterly planning) in coordination with different category teams and executing as per the plan

- Design and roll-out of new strategies: Thinking through new initiatives and designing them to improve cost/performance/efficiency (e.g. Designing and piloting own logistics service)

- Performance/SLA improvement: Improvement in key parameters ("Order to Delivered" time, Regional fulfillment of orders, Delivered to Install time etc.)

- Cost Optimization: Improvement in cost parameters (Logistics cost per shipment, cost per unit, customer installation cost per unit etc.)

- Team: Creating a high power and engaged team to deliver business goals
