Head - Operations - IT Service Firm - India

We are hiring for Head Operations - India for the leading IT Service Company based at Gurgaon. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 8+ years of experience working in a similar role with an MNC (preferably US based)

- Prior experience of setting up a new facility will be an advantage

- Exposure to Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) processes and periodic returns will be a big plus

- The person should be well organized, flexible and proactive.

- Facility Management/Office Administration/ House Keeping

- Sourcing and Vendor Management

- Travel/ Transport Management

- Security/Compliance Functions

- HR Support Functions

Responsibilities :

- Human Resource Life-cycle Management: Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Separation etc.

- Facility Management: Electrical, Mechanical & IT Infrastructure Management, HVAC, Help Desk, Housekeeping, AMCs, Maintenance

- Administration: Cafeteria Services, Pantry, Office Supplies, Front Office, Guest House, Travel Management, Stationery, Courier, Employees- Transportation Management, Event Management

- Safety & Security: Security Management (Electrical & Physical), CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Employees- Health & Safety Initiatives. Fire Safety & Training

- Legal & Statutory Compliance: STPI, Customs, Labour Laws, FRRO, Legal Agreements, Lease Deeds, SOPs & SLAs, Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, State Specific License & Compliance.

- Procurement: Vendor Identification, RFPs, Negotiations, Vendor Contract Management, Vendor Score Cards, Yearly Procurement Budgeting & Variance Analysis, risk mitigation, Cost Optimization

- Liaison & Coordination: Government Authorities i.e Municipal Corporation, Electricity Dept., Local Police, Customs etc.
