- Must have criteria: Frozen RTE / Dried Veg / Fruits/Herbs/Spices/Mushroom Processing Experience
- The incumbent should have at 15+ years of hands-on industry experience in vegetable/fruits/herbs/spices/mushroom processing (IQF/Frozen/Dried) - Veg only.
- Multi-dimensional experience in quality assurance, quality control and plant operations
- Excellent knowledge in Frozen Foods/ RTE/ fruits & vegetable processing, extruded and Indian authentic snacks, spices, flour, curry paste, dairy, bakery, staples, packaged drinking water, frozen veg. & non veg. industry operation.
- Experience or expertise in implementation and conducting internal audit for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2004, 22000:2005, BRC, FSSC 22000, HACCP, OHSAS and Organic production system etc
- Excellent team management capabilities with proven abilities to achieve business objective.
