2. Operations & Performance Excellence:

- Ensure operational efficiency across all international locations.

- Standardize SOPs, quality control, and customer experience guidelines.

- Drive cost optimization, productivity, and technology adoption in restaurant operations.

3. Revenue & P&L Management:

- Own and drive P&L for international business operations.

- Develop growth plans, pricing strategies, and sales targets.

- Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability metrics.

4. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build and manage high-performing operations teams across multiple geographies.

- Work closely with franchise partners, supply chain, and marketing teams.
