Provide Facilities services by establishing standards, procedures and processes; measuring results against standards.
Direct maintenance, repair, and inspection activities of the sites. Ensure office equipment is managed effectively.
Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory by maintaining the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all purchases.
Comply with all requirements of the contract management and assist in meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators.
Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives
Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Area Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure that the project is meeting the requirements and expectations per scope and schedule
Establish service policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and quality adherance compliance/ audit standards are met.
Ensure that the Audit documentation & evaluation ; preparation of contracts takes place in accordance with the CLIENT standards
