Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee all aspects of developer operations, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

- Lead the development team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure technical expertise and adherence to best practices.

- Implement and maintain efficient processes and procedures for project management, quality control, and reporting.

- Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects, developing contingency plans and proactive solutions.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies in Hydro/PSP construction and developer operations.

- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
